Fixing Method 1: Welding Fixation (Permanent)

Grating panels are welded directly to the supporting steel structure at bearing bar contact points. This method provides maximum rigidity and is ideal for permanent installations where panel removal is not required. After welding, the damaged galvanized layer must be repaired with zinc-rich paint to maintain corrosion protection.

Fixing Method 2: Clip Fastening (Removable)

Grating panels are secured using specialized clips that clamp the bearing bar to the support structure without welding. This allows panel removal for maintenance access, inspection, or cable routing.
