Installation & Inspection
Install: fit the forged fork lugs over the purlin and primary beam lugs, insert the bolts, then tension by turning the lock nut until the bar is snappy and slack is gone. Pair the brace with an opposite diagonal (or X pair) to cover load reversal. Keep the diagonal near 35°–55° from horizontal for an efficient load path.
Inspection: prior to shipment each brace is checked for thread finish, galvanizing thickness and alignment, and dimensioned against the drawing. UT / MT on forged fork ends or threaded bar is executed when required by the contract, and third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) is supported upon request.
