Finished Steel Pipe → Pipe Cutting → Hot Bending → Component Assembly → Structural Welding (Including Stiffeners) → Ultrasonic Testing → Finished Tubular Truss

GNEE implements rigorous precision manufacturing and quality control for tubular trusses throughout the whole process, from raw materials to finished products.
 
1.Raw Material Preparation:We start with finished steel pipes, the basic raw material for manufacturing tubular trusses.
 
2.Pipe Cutting and Forming:Finished steel pipes are cut to required lengths and angles strictly in line with design drawings.
 
3.Pipe Hot Bending:The cut steel pipes are heated and bent by hot bending machines to create complex curved components for tubular trusses, namely hot-bent pipe fittings.
 
4.Assembly and Welding:Pipe components after cutting and hot bending are assembled as per design. All parts are firmly joined by structural welding. Structural stiffeners are welded at key joints to boost overall structural strength.
