The reactor is a reaction equipment. You must pay attention when operating it, otherwise it will be damaged for many reasons, resulting in forced suspension of production. There are many aspects to pay attention to when operating the reactor.
First of all, you must strictly operate the reactor in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Secondly, before operation, you should carefully check whether there are any abnormalities. During normal operation, you must not open the upper cover and touch the wiring terminals on the board to avoid electric shock; it is strictly forbidden to operate under pressure; during the nitrogen pressure test, carefully observe the changes in the pressure gauge, and immediately close the nitrogen valve switch when the pressure test pressure is reached; the heating speed should not be too fast, and the pressurization should also be carried out slowly, especially the stirring speed, which is only allowed to increase slowly.
Finally, when the kettle body is heated to a higher temperature, do not contact the kettle body to avoid burns; the temperature should be lowered after the experiment. Do not cool quickly to prevent damage caused by excessive temperature difference pressure. At the same time, unplug the power supply in time.
At the same time, pay attention to maintenance after the reactor is used, so that the autoclave can have a better service life.
