The VPSA oxygen generator customized by GNEE for this project is equipped with a -40℃ low-temperature startup capability, perfectly adapting to Russia's harsh cold climate; it adopts a radial flow adsorption tower structure, which makes the air distribution more uniform and improves the molecular sieve adsorption efficiency by 15%; the matched intelligent control system supports remote operation and maintenance, allowing Russian technical personnel to operate independently after short-term training. After the project was put into operation, the gold leaching rate jumped from the industry average of 85% to over 92%, and the investment payback period was shortened by 18 months.
